Service Description
As a Death Doula, I offer compassionate, non-medical emotional and spiritual support to individuals and families navigating end-of-life. My role is to provide calm presence, sacred space, and grounded guidance during one of life’s most profound transitions. Through conscious support, gentle ritual, and deep listening, I help create an environment of peace, dignity, and reverence for the soul’s journey. I provide holistic, non-clinical support that honors the emotional, spiritual, and ancestral needs of those approaching transition, as well as their loved ones. Support may include: • Emotional companionship and presence for the dying • Spiritual grounding and sacred space holding • Ancestral honoring, prayer, or ritual (as desired) • Guided conversations around death, fear, meaning, and legacy • Support for loved ones before, during, and after transition • Vigil presence and calming support at end-of-life • Gentle guidance for navigating the emotional process of dying All services are guided by the beliefs, values, and wishes of the individual and their family. This service is offered to: • Individuals facing terminal or life-limiting illness • Elders preparing for end-of-life • Families seeking spiritual or emotional support • Those desiring a conscious, supported, and peaceful transition • Loved ones in need of grounding presence during anticipatory grief I approach death as a sacred and natural transition not something to be feared, rushed, or avoided. My work is rooted in: • Compassionate presence • Cultural reverence • Spiritual awareness • Deep listening and respect for autonomy I do not provide medical advice or clinical care. I work alongside, not in place of, hospice or medical professionals. Support is offered by request and may be available in person or virtually, depending on location and needs. Services are offered on a sliding scale or donation basis. Private packages are discussed during consultation. Death Doula services are non-medical and non-clinical in nature and do not replace hospice, nursing, or physician care.
